UPDATE: Drugs found as police carry out drugs raid at Scunthorpe property
Officers from Scunthorpe West Neighbourhood Team executed a drugs warrant at a Scunthorpe property yesterday afternoon (March 19).
Officers obtained a warrant for the property on St Albans Close, Scunthorpe and executed it at around 3pm.

Information had been gathered through local police intelligence.
Three bags of cannabis and other drug paraphernalia were found in an out building.

Further searches then uncovered a further five plants in the loft of the property.
The owner was asked to voluntarily attend Scunthorpe West Police Station where he will be interviewed by officers.
