    “Let's scruntinise this article.
    Accident occurs at 2:30pm.
    Two vehicals involved.
It is not yet known whether anyone has been injured.
    4:45pm road still closed.

To sum up - If it's a two vehical accident and no-one was injured, or even if there where slight injuries, would the road remain closed for such a long time?”
