Striker Michael Owen is part of the Stoke City team playing Scunthorpe United this afternoon.
Scunthorpe fell behind shortly before half-time when Dean Whitehead headed in Adam's cross, but they equalised soon after the break through Callum Howe.
The Premier League Potters withdrew most of their experienced names after an hour to be replaced by members of their under-21 squad.

David Mirfin, Eddie Nolan, Andy Barcham and Mike Grella were the more senior names of the Scunthorpe squad, which also included Christian Ribeiro.
He played 60 minutes of the clash as he steps up his recovery from a hamstring injury, despite boss Brian Laws saying on Saturday that he was not ready to play in the game.
