WEATHER UPDATE: Strong winds close Humber Bridge to high sided vehicles and caravans
The Humber Bridge is currently closed to larger vehicles, due to strong winds.
A warning was issued on the Humber Bridge website today (Thursday, January 31), stating that the bridge is closed to high sided vehicles and caravans.

The Met Office has issued a yellow warning of wind today for Yorkshire and the Humber and gusts of between 50mph and 60mph can be expected.
Motorists are advised to take extra care, as there may be disruption to transport, as a result of the strong winds.
