Warm-hearted gesture to help homeless of Scunthorpe is our Tweet of the day

A great gesture from the White Heather at Caenby to help needy people in Scunthorpe was made public today.

The wedding, banqueting and events venue (‏@TheWhiteheather) Tweeted this afternoon (Tuesday Jan 22): "White Heather is pleased to announce we continue to supply the Homeless of Scunthorpe with our left over food every Sunday evening."

Jonathan Byrne (‏@jonnybgoode82) soon responded.

"Would you be able to supply any leftovers to Sleep Easy on 1 Feb?" he asked.
