The Met Office predict snow will hit the region later this afternoon (Wednesday, February 13).
Yorkshire and the Humber has been issued with a yellow weather warning, which means there is a possibility of the risk of snow.
Forecasts show a cold start to the day, with temperatures around freezing.
The morning will stay dry, but this afternoon as the wind picks up, we will see this band of snow coming through.

Temperatures will remain between 1C and 2C.
The evening is set to be windy, with heavy rain falling through the night and there will be frost and a risk of ice on untreated surfaces.
