Weather update 8am: Snow expected from 9am in North Lincolnshire

Snow is forecast across the region all day, with heavier spells expected this afternoon.

Amber warnings for both snow and ice are in place this morning, with light snow expected around 9am.

With temperatures set to be around 0C all day, heavy snow is forecast for around 12pm.  Temeratures however, will feel colder and could be as low as minus five.

This is set to be replaced with periods of light snow throughout the aternoon and in to the evening.  Snow is expected until Sunday morning.
