Proposals are in place to demolish the existing De Lacy House care home and build a 16-bungalow complex for elderly people in its place.
The plans will see North Lincolnshire Homes building the £1.8million complex, with care being provided by North Lincolnshire Council.
The plans have brought objections from residents, Winterton Town Council and Winterton Senior Citizens' Forum.
