It is now being called Ironstone Choices but remains specifically tailor made for young people.
The centre offers help on contraception, pregnancy testing, chlamydia testing and advice about all health matters such as healthy eating, stopping smoking, alcohol, drugs, personal safety, relationships and lifestyles.
Contraceptive and Sexual Health Service (CASH) administration co-ordinator Lynn Crompton said: "Our aim is to provide a confidential and non-judgmental service to enable young people to make healthy and informed choices.
"We operate a 'pop in' system at the clinic on Mondays between 5pm and 7pm and Thursdays between 3.30pm and 5pm. The Choices reception is situated in the centre on the ground floor and is well signposted.
"Our clinics are free and confidential and provide a relaxed, accessible, non-judgmental and anonymous service for young people.
"It is vital young people think about their sexual health, we are there to help them make informed decisions and offer help and advice."
COAST, the Chlamydia screening programme which works closely with the CASH Service has also relocated to the Ironstone Centre.
