“ Somerby Vineyards is a business venture that will surprise many people. On a slope on the Lincolnshire Wolds, they grow their own grapes (seven varieties) and then produce a range of award-winning English wines. We've been lucky enough to sample some. Visitors are welcome by appointment. They harvest the grapes in October. Starting from January 22, St Vincent's Day, most of the previous year's growth is removed to produce new fruiting canes. ”
