This site is located close to residential areas. As the crow flies the centre of Brigg is less than one mile away and there are numerous houses closer. Access to the site by traffic, is also a major concern - it could create 200 vehicle trips a day, mainly lorries, which will impact on the environment, and kids riding to school. The mini-roundabout on the B1206, which the lorries will use, is already a ‘bottleneck’ morning and night and with lorries turning right every seven minutes, will be horrendous. Increased traffic levels in the surrounding area will impact on everybody.
