BRIGG'S Dying Gladiator pub has called last orders due to high rent costs from its owners, Enterprise Inns.

The Bigby Street boozer was the only pub in the country to bear that name and is famous for the sculpture of a dying gladiator above its doors.

Regarding the smoking ban, when you go out and go back home you no longer smell like an ashtray. Passive smoking kills. Period.
