Preparations for Broughton Show
The show will take place on Sunday, July 12 at the sports field, on Scawby Road, Broughton.
It will include showjumping events, as well as various other attractions for the whole family.
The show's horticultural secretary, Linda Stead, said: "As far as kids are concerned, we have got the children's entertainer Mr Shiny and there are bouncy castles and karaoke.
"There will be a dog show, belly dancers, taekwando, vintage tractors and a fun fair at the bottom of the field.
"Preparations are going fine and everything is falling into place.
"We just need the weather to be good and we will be fine.
Mrs Stead said there had already been plenty of entries for the show, including a full dog show.
Among the equestrian attractions at the show will be showing, jumping and driving classes.
There will also be various trade stands, vintage tractors and motorcycles and a fancy dress competition.
The show begins at 9.30am and admission prices have been set at £3 for adults and £1 for children and OAPs.
Free car parking will be available.
