Centre manager Andrea Riley said the contract win was testimony to the quality of work carried out by its Hull-based employees.
She said: "We are delighted to have been chosen to handle this new work.
"It will provide fantastic career opportunities for our existing staff and those joining us in the next few weeks."
TalkTalk is a partner in YouView – a new internet-connected TV service backed by the BBC, ITV, BT, Channel 4, Arqiva and Five. The service was launched this year.
Clearanswer in Hull already handles thousands of telephone calls each week for TalkTalk, and demand for the new service is expected to be very high.
As a result, the team in Hull that will be handling all of these calls is expected to grow rapidly.
Andrea said: "With several products and packages to represent, the focus is clearly on quality and customer experience.
"We expect huge interest when TalkTalk advertises its new offers.
"Our job is to help customers understand exactly what is available and give them the package that suits them best.
"At the same time, we want to make sure every call handled in Hull is a welcoming experience for the customer."
Clearanswer is a privately owned call centre operator, which operates sites in Hull, Leeds and Bucharest, Romania.
Originally located in Prospect House, the company relocated to Essex House in September 2009.
The agency call centre mainly works on behalf of blue-chip clients, carrying out both inbound and outbound call handling.
Andrew said the latest contract win would take Clearanswer another step towards its original goal of providing 1,000 jobs in Hull.
