North Lincolnshire Council has teamed up with the Scunthorpe Telegraph to bring back the successful campaign, which aims to reward community, charity and not-for-profit organisations.
The council has invested £10,000, which the Telegraph has matched, to enable groups to compete for a share of £20,000.

And this is the final week to get your voting coupons from the paper to support one of the groups taking part.
One group hoping for a late flurry of votes is Barton Arts, a charity that organises art and music displays.
The charity managed to land £50 in last year's campaign, and is hoping to get even more this time around.
Joan Barton, secretary for the charity, said: "Barton Arts relies upon grants and yearly fund raising to subsidise quality experiences for all.
"Certain local businesses generously support us as well as Barton Town Council.
"However, times are difficult, money is tight and our events would be very much enhanced through the Cash For Your Community initiative.
"We're collecting as many coupons as we can and hoping to get even more than we managed last year.
"We have advertised on Facebook and have lots of people collecting for us. It is such a good campaign and we are very pleased to be involved.
"A few hundred pounds would be fantastic, as it would be enough to sponsor an entire event for us.
"We appeal to a wide range of people and like to involve old and young people in what we do."
Readers can now decide how much is given to each group by collecting the voting coupons printed in the Telegraph.
The closing date for submitting coupons is Wednesday, January 9. All coupons submitted must be accompanied with a Scunthorpe Telegraph coupon collection form.
Forms are available to download on our website – scunthorpetelegraphfyc.com
