The Olive Tree Spa Driffield
“Had a horrible experience here. Found the manager rude and aggressive, with appalling customer service. I unfortunately had to cancel my appointment after my car broke down en route. Rang to apologise and rearrange, but the manager was dreadful, raised her voice towards me, and was unwilling to rearrange the appointment. She then cancelled my voucher. I was deeply shocked and upset, she showed no understanding and was thoroughly obstructive and unhelpful. Can't comment on the treatments, but for what purports to be a business promoting relaxation and well-being I have to say it absolutely did not deliver. Cannot recommend, in fact take your hard earned relaxation elsewhere is my advice! Such a shame as the rest of the Bell Hotel is lovely.”
