The following cases have been dealt with at North Lincolnshire Magistrates' Court:
Melissa Anne Whittaker , 32, of Merton Road, Bottesford, pleaded guilty to failing to provide information regarding the driver of a vehicle who was alleged to have been guilty of an offence and failing to surrender licence for update of address. She was fined £110, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15, costs of £40 and her licence was endorsed with six penalty points.

Nicholas Andrew Wilson , 45, of Stovin Crescent, Winterton, pleaded guilty to speeding. He was fined £300, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15, costs of £40 and his licence was endorsed with four penalty points.
James Kevin Barker , 19, of Pheasant Close, Ashby, pleaded guilty to driving a motor vehicle otherwise than in accordance with a licence and without third party insurance. He was fined £145, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £20 and costs of £85 and her licence was endorsed with eight penalty points.

Ross McLaren , 21, of Browning Close, Scunthorpe, pleaded guilty to assault. He was required to carry out unpaid work for 80 hours within the next 12 months and was ordered to pay compensation of £100 and costs of £85.
Anthony John Staniforth , 43, of Buckingham Street, Scunthorpe, pleaded guilty to theft and obstructing a police constable in the execution of her duty. He was required to be under curfew for four months and be electronically monitored, have treatment for drug dependency at Addaction for six months and was ordered to pay compensation of £14.97 and costs of £50.
Graham Heafield , 32, of St Crispins Close, North Killingholme, pleaded guilty to assault. He was required to have treatment for alcohol dependency at the Community Alcohol Service for six months, attend appointments with the probation service for 12 months, carry out unpaid work for 100 hours within the next 12 months and was ordered to pay costs of £85.
Adam Sean Wortley , 24, of Godnow Road, Crowle, was found guilty of assault. He was required to be under curfew for four months and be electronically monitored and was ordered to pay compensation of £300 and costs of £310.
Craig Graham Boyd , 31, of Ancaster Court, Ashby, pleaded guilty to driving a motor vehicle while over the alcohol limit and driving otherwise than in accordance with a licence. He was fined £100, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £20, costs of £85 and was disqualified from holding a driving licence for 18 months.
James Andrew Mobbs , 29, of Charles Lovell Way, Scunthorpe, pleaded guilty to criminal damage. He was required to have treatment for alcohol dependency at North Lincolnshire Community Alcohol Service for six months and was ordered to pay costs of £85.
