Fire crew called to Ashby High Street incident
Firefighters were called to an electrical fire within the engine compartment of a car on Ashby High Street this morning (Thursday, January 17).
A crew from Humberside Fire and Rescue Service was called to the scene at 8am.

The fire was out on their arrival but firefighters used a small amount of water to dampen the car down.
The vehicle's battery was also isolated by fire and rescue service personnel.
