Last-ditch double save denies win for Zebras
Loughborough 1 Brigg Town 1
AFTER maximum points from three successive home games, Brigg had to settle for a share of the spoils.

They looked on course for another victory when they led at half-time, against the run of play.
But Loughborough hit back with a 78th minute equaliser before Andy Holt came close to snatching a last-gasp winner again for the Zebras.
After an early Brigg flurry, it was the home team who looked most threatening.
Carl Adams lifted his shot over the bar from 10 yards before the visitors were twice opened up again at the back from right-wing crosses.
From the first, Reece Lester struck a fierce shot past the upright and from the second, Adams again lifted his shot over the bar after racing clear.
But it was Brigg who snatched the lead after 25 minutes when Tom Spall crossed from the right for Holt to nip into open space and head the ball home from six yards.
In the second half Paul Grimes was unlucky not to add to the score when he struck a long-range shot inches past the top angle.
Though Brigg were playing better, the home side were still a threat. The equaliser came 12 minutes from time when Lester cut inside from the left to hammer a fierce shot against the underside of the bar.
The ball bounced back into play, but the referee's assistant ruled it had crossed the line and the goal was awarded.
Both sides pressed for a winner in a frantic finish and Holt almost got one but keeper Laurie Pearson made a terrific double save at his near post, ending up concussed on the ground as the referee blew his whistle for time.
Brigg return to the same area of Leicestershire on Saturday to face rapidly improving Quorn.
