Fire-fighters cut through roller doors to reach Scunthorpe blaze near Mini Market
Fire-fighters dealt with a blaze on Frodingham Road in Scunthorpe early this morning (Friday, Sept 7).
They were called to the incident shortly before 1am.

Hydraulic cutting equipment had to be used to gain access through roller shutter doors.

The fire was behind the vacant Mini Market at 94 Frodingham Road.
Yesterday afternoon (Thursday) the Humberside Fire and Rescue service attended the scene of an accident in Howe Lane, Goxhill, involving two cars.
The female driver of one of the vehicles is thought to have suffered spinal injuries.
Fire-fighers removed the roof of the car and gave her oxygen.
The woman and the man driving the other vehicle were both taken to hospital by ambulance.
