Two drivers and one passenger were taken to Scunthorpe General Hospital after a bus was involved in a three-vehicle collision on Scunthorpe's Berkeley Circle.

The scene of the crash in Doncaster Road, Scunthorpe
The bus, which was carrying between 15 and 20 passengers, was travelling along Scunthorpe's Doncaster Road in the direction of Tesco when it collided with a road sign on Berkeley Circle.
It is understood that before the bus mounted the central island coming off one of the exits, it became involved in an incident with the Citroen C4.
As a result, the bus flattened the road signs and collided with a green Nissan Micra that was waiting to get on to the roundabout.
The bus's windscreen was ripped out on impact.
There were no serious injuries, but three people were taken to Scunthorpe General Hospital suffering from minor injuries and shock.
Driver of the Nissan Micra Ronald Fiske, 80, of Caistor, was on his way home from repairing his windscreen at the garage when the incident took place.
He said: "I was stationary at the roundabout, facing Scunthorpe town centre, when the bus came over and hit my back bumper.
"I am all right, but it has shaken me up."

“Most accidents are caused by driver error - they just like to make excuses for their inadequacies by blaming road conditions. Driving too fast and impatience are two of the causes.”

“so which was it the Citroen C4 or the bus driver who wasn't paying due care and attention and caused this mayhem for everyone else? Its not the road that are dangerous, its the pople using them that are!”
