A Scunthorpe hairdressing firm is offering 15 per cent discounts to customers who pledge to buy local.
Zig Zag Hair & Beauty on Doncaster Road, Scunthorpe, is providing the discount for Buy Local loyalty card-holders.

Manager Chris Bass said the company had benefited from being part of the scheme and was hoping it would continue to have a positive effect on trade.
He said: "We have had a lot of people coming into the store after seeing the coverage in the Buy Local campaign and it has generated a lot of interest from members of the public."

Zig Zag also offers Dashing Diva nails, allowing customers the chance to match their nails to their outfit for a glamorous night out from just £15.
Other offers at the store include a cut and blow-dry from £19.99 and a colour, including a cut and blow-dry, from £49.99.
Customers can receive a free consultation with a stylist prior to booking an appointment.
There is also a range of Wella and L'Oreal home-care kits to keep the salon style from visit to visit.
Zig Zag also offers pamper parties for 8 to 12-year-olds, who can come into the salon and receive special pampering treatments.
