'We have looked to address concerns'
ASC completed a rigorous site assessment exercise, looking at hundreds of possible locations before we selected Newton Marsh Extension as a potential wind farm site.
Following two years of surveys and assessments we've developed a really robust planning application where we have looked to address local concerns. It is next to existing infrastructure, including the two Anglian Water turbines and sewerage plant and neighbouring oil terminals, and is over 0.7 miles from the nearest house.
The Newton Marsh Extension wind farm will provide valuable renewable energy for local people and make a real contribution to the local economy.

“( "The Newton Marsh Extension wind farm will provide valuable renewable energy for local people and make a real contribution to the local economy." )
How ??? It's a subsidy scam
Look at Fen farm Wind Park, Nr Somercoates
Between Jan-Sept 2012 , as well as std generation payments,
Fen Farm was paid a total of £1,167,419 in ROC subsidies
Nearly £ 130,000 / mth - Taken from the community via surcharges on all energy bills & paid to the developers.!!

nb at the moment (a cold winter day), Fen Farm turbines are only giving about 12% of rated output !!
Countrywide the entire UK fleet of 4,414 windmills (on & offshore) are giving only 1.6 GW that's just 3.2% of today's demand.
