Two-year Asbo for rake attack teen
Ben Cartwright, 18, of Uppleby Court, Barton-Upon-Humber, was given the order and warned he could be jailed if he throws or kicks any objects at anyone in the area in the next two years.
Cartwright pleaded guilty to charges of criminal damage, possessing amphetamine, and two counts of failing to answer bail.
District Judge Daniel Curtis, sitting at North Lincolnshire Magistrates' Court, heard how the criminal damage happened on January 30 when two men were working on a property at Overton Court in Barton.
Cartwright and another male kicked a ball at the workmen's van, so one of the workers grabbed the ball and deflated it.
The court heard how Cartwright and the other male started throwing stones and threatened to kill the men.
They then attacked the vehicle, with Cartwright using a rake.
Judge Curtis warned Cartwright he could face up to five years behind bars if he breached the terms of the Anti-social behaviour order.
The order prohibits him from causing, or inciting anyone else to cause, harassment, alarm or distress to anyone not of the same household as himself in North Lincolnshire.
He is further banned from kicking or throwing objects at any person or property so as to cause nuisance to anyone in North Lincolnshire.
He was, in addition, banned from entering a specified area of Barton.
