Five offenders before the court in Scunthorpe
Andrew Jonathan Bridgen, 41, of The Green, Scotter, was found guilty of failing to give information relating to the driver of a vehicle who was alleged to have been guilty of an offence. Kulvinder Kaur Gosal, 48, of Mann Lane, Belton, pleaded guilty to speeding. She was fined £133, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15, costs of £40 and was disqualified from holding a driving licence for six months.
Julie Carole McCool, 39, of Morecambe Avenue, Ashby, was found guilty of driving a motor vehicle while using a hand-held mobile telephone. She was fined £200, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15, costs of £85 and her licence was endorsed with three penalty points.
