THE following cases were dealt with at North Lincolnshire Magistrates' Court:

David Shaun Read , 42, of Sheffield Street, Scunthorpe, pleaded guilty to drunk and disorderly behaviour, the commission of a further offence while subject to a conditional discharge, failing to surrender to court bail and the possession of a controlled Class B drug. He was fined £50, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £60, costs of £85 and was required to have treatment for alcohol dependency at North Lincolnshire Community Alcohol Service for six months.

Neil Duncan Bunting , 42, of Queensway, Scunthorpe, pleaded guilty to the possession of a controlled Class B drug and an offensive weapon. He was required to participate in Education Training and Employment for 27 sessions, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £60 and the drugs and knife were forfeited and destroyed.

Sam Ashley Lonsdale , 20, of Manby Road, Scunthorpe, pleaded guilty to taking a vehicle without consent. He was required to attend an attendance centre for 27 hours, carry out unpaid work for 60 hours within the next 12 months and was ordered to pay compensation of £250 and costs of £85.

Ryan Neil McGuane , 18, of Ontario Road, Bottesford, pleaded guilty to failing to comply with a direction from a police constable not to return to a locality within six hours. He was given a conditional discharge for 12 months and was ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15 and costs of £85.

Jason Robert Thomas Neal , 19, of Digby Street, Scunthorpe, pleaded guilty to obstructing a police constable in the execution of her duty and failing to comply with a direction from a police constable not to return to a locality within 48 hours. He was given a conditional discharge for 12 months and was ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15 and costs of £85.

Carl Richard Burlinson , 55, of Common Road, Wressle, pleaded guilty to driving a motor vehicle while over the alcohol limit. He was fined £600, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £60, costs of £85 and he was disqualified from holding a driving licence for 17 months.

Edward James Hayward , 20, of Frodingham Road, Scunthorpe, was found guilty of travelling on the railway without having paid the fare. He was fined £400 and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15 and costs of £85.

Rebecca Frances Morris , 23, of Hempdyke Road, Scunthorpe, pleaded guilty to theft. She was given a conditional discharge for six months and was ordered to pay compensation of £480.

David Charles Mattison , 24, of Devonshire Road, Scunthorpe, pleaded guilty to being concerned in the production of a controlled Class B drug. He was fined £225 and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15 and costs of £85.
