Eight offenders before the court in Scunthorpe
THE following cases were dealt with at North Lincolnshire Magistrates' Court:
Lloyd William Thomas, 25, of Gervase Street, Scunthorpe, pleaded guilty to using threatening behaviour. He was fined £85 and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15 and costs of £85.

Matthew Hayden White, 20, of Wordsworth Road, Ashby, pleaded guilty to criminal damage and using threatening behaviour. He was given a conditional discharge for 12 months and was ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15 and costs of £85.
Paul Ivor White, 39, of Wensleydale Road, Ashby, pleaded guilty to using threatening behaviour. He was given a conditional discharge for 12 months and was ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15 and costs of £85.

Leigh Michael Fawcett, 40, of Collum House Road, Scunthorpe, pleaded guilty to using a motor vehicle without third party insurance, driving otherwise than in accordance with a licence and the possession of controlled Class B and C drugs. He was fined £110, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15, costs of £85, was disqualified from holding a driving licence for six months, was required to be under curfew for four weeks and be electronically monitored, attend appointments with the probation service for six months and the drugs were forfeited and destroyed.
Kevin Brothwell, 52, of Low Leys Road, Scunthorpe, pleaded to failing to provide a specimen of breath as required and using a motor vehicle without third party insurance. He was fined £600, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15, costs of £85 and he was disqualified from holding a driving licence for 18 months.
Stuart William Howell, 52, of Thornton Avenue, Scunthorpe, pleaded guilty to assault and using threatening behaviour. He was required to have treatment for alcohol dependency for six months at North Lincolnshire Alcohol Community Service, attend appointments with the probation service for 12 months and was ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £60 and costs of £85.
Gary Kerins, 30, of Church Street, Goxhill, pleaded guilty to driving a motor vehicle while over the alcohol limit and failing to stop when required by a police constable. He was fined £300, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15, costs of £85 and was disqualified from holding a driving licence for 20 months.
Coleen Szalma, 51, of Campbell Avenue, Bottesford, pleaded guilty to driving a motor vehicle while over the alcohol limit. She was ordered to produce her driving licence to the DVLA within seven days, fined £150, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15, costs of £85 and was disqualified from holding a driving licence for 17 months.
