Eight offenders dealt with by Scunthorpe court
Kirsty Louise Ashley, 20, of Lilac Avenue, Scunthorpe, pleaded guilty to using threatening behaviour. She was fined £75 and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £20 and costs of £40.
Graham Arthur Clarke, 45, of Burringham Road, Ashby, pleaded guilty to using a motor vehicle without third party insurance, with no test certificate and driving while disqualified. He was fined £220, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £20, costs of £85 and his licence was endorsed with six penalty points.

Shaun Thomas Hammond, 23, of Mill Road, Ashby, pleaded guilty to using threatening behaviour. He was fined £75 and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £20 and costs of £40.
Wayne Anthony Porter, 31, of Burringham Road, Ashby, pleaded guilty to using a motor vehicle without third party insurance and failing to produce a certificate of insurance when required by a police constable. He was fined £300, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15, costs of £40 and was disqualified from holding a driving licence for 21 days.

Donatas Armalas, 24, of Trinity Road, Bottesford, pleaded guilty to driving a motor vehicle while over the alcohol limit and driving otherwise than in accordance with a licence. He was fined £250, ordered to pay a victim surcharge for £25, costs of £85 and was disqualified from holding a driving licence for 18 months.
Leanne Marie Fletcher, 30, of Swindon Court, Scunthorpe, pleaded guilty to assault. He was required to be under curfew for three months and be electronically monitored, attend appointments with the probation service for 12 months and was ordered to pay compensation of £275 and was ordered to pay costs of £85.
Adam Paul Sleight, 24, of Angerstein Road, Scunthorpe, pleaded guilty to assault. He was required to comply with a restraining order for a year and was ordered to pay compensation of £150 and costs of £85.
Lukasz Tekiela, 22, of Manifold Road, Ashby, pleaded guilty to assault. He was required to carry out unpaid work for 200 hours within the next 12 months and was ordered to pay compensation of £474.75 and costs of £85.

“So let's get this straight Graham Arthur Clarke had no insurance,no MOT and to top it all was disqualified.
How the hell did he end up with such a small fine and only six penalty points for fecks sake.
Drivers have got more than that on several occasions just for having the audacity to speed.”
