Four offenders dealt with by Scunthorpe magistrates
THE following cases were dealt with at North Lincolnshire Magistrates' Court:
Ian Philip Popple , 42, of De Lacy Way, Winterton, pleaded guilty to driving a motor vehicle when not in a position to have proper control of the vehicle. He was fined £80, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15, costs of £40 and his licence was endorsed with three penalty points.

Jason Lee Whittle , 29, of Witham Drive, Burton-Upon- Stather, pleaded guilty to speeding, driving otherwise than in accordance with a licence and failing to provide particulars for alterations to address. He was fined £120, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15, costs of £40 and his licence was endorsed with three points.
Krzysztof Klimek , 30, of Church Lane, Scunthorpe, pleaded guilty to driving a motor vehicle while over the alcohol limit. He was required to participate in the Driver's Awareness activity for three days, have treatment for alcohol dependency at North Lincolnshire Community Alcohol Service for six months, carry out unpaid work for 150 hours within the next 12 months, was ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15, costs of £85 and was disqualified from holding a driving licence for 26 months.
