THE following cases were dealt with at North Lincolnshire Magistrates' Court:

Ruslanas Milikauskas, 26, of Dale Street, Scunthorpe, pleaded guilty to using a motor vehicle without third party insurance and failing to produce driving licence for examination by a police constable. He was fined £300, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15, costs of £40 and his licence was endorsed with six penalty points.

Vincent Eric Williamson , 49, of Somerby Road, Scunthorpe, was found guilty of speeding. He was fined £200, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15, costs of £85 and his licence was endorsed with three penalty points.

Rafal Wlodarski , 20, of Digby Street, Scunthorpe, was found guilty of using a motor vehicle without third party insurance. He was fined £600, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15, costs of £85 and his licence was endorsed with six penalty points.

Emma Louise Chatterton , 31, of Cross Street, Crowle, pleaded guilty to driving a motor vehicle while over the alcohol limit. She was fined £110, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £20, costs of £85 and was disqualified from holding a driving licence for 18 months.

Ben Edward Curtis , 25, of St Pauls Gardens, Ashby, was found guilty of driving a motor vehicle while using a hand-held mobile telephone. He was fined £200, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15, costs of £50 and his licence was endorsed with three penalty points.

Georgina Michelle Hudson , 42, of Melbury Walk, Scunthorpe, was found guilty of speeding. She was fined £200, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15, costs of £50 and her licence was endorsed with three penalty points.

Robert Kyle Humpleby , 26, of Priory Road, Ashby, was found guilty of speeding. He was fined £200, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15, costs of £50 and his licence was endorsed with three penalty points.

Joseph Gornall , 22, of High Street, Dragonby, pleaded guilty to theft. He was required to have treatment for alcohol dependency for six months at North Lincolnshire Alcohol Community Services, be under curfew for three months, attend appointments with the probation service and was ordered to pay compensation of £500.

Aiden Patrick O'Shea , 19, of Church Court, Scunthorpe, pleaded guilty to using threatening behaviour. He was required to carry out unpaid work for 100 hours within the next 12 months and was ordered to pay costs of £200.

Nigel John Cook , 50, of Fieldside, Epworth, pleaded guilty to harassment. He was given a conditional discharge for two years, was required to comply with a restraining order for two years and was ordered to pay costs of £85.
