THE following cases were dealt with at North Lincolnshire Magistrates' Court:

Daniel James Lukasiewicz , 26, of Regents Close, Scunthorpe, was found guilty of speeding. He was fined £60, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15, costs of £40 and his licence was endorsed with three penalty points.

Darius Bernotas , 30, of Lydbrook Road, Scunthorpe, pleaded guilty to speeding. He was fined £60, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15, costs of £40 and his licence was endorsed with three penalty points.

Simon John Bestall , 29, of Chesswick Avenue, Keadby, pleaded guilty to speeding. He was fined £60, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15 and his licence was endorsed with three penalty points.

Samuel Charles David Burton , 23, of Thornton Road, Goxhill, pleaded guilty to using a motor vehicle without third party insurance. He was fined £200, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15, costs of £40 and his licence was endorsed with six penalty points.

Barry Crooks , 67, of Beech Avenue, Scunthorpe, pleaded guilty to speeding. He was fined £60, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15, costs of £40 and his licence was endorsed with three penalty points.

Nicola Shane Plumb , 37, of Back Lane, Winteringham, pleaded guilty to speeding. She was fined £60, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15, costs of £40 and her licence was endorsed with three penalty points.

Keith Dodsworth , 49, of Messingham Road, Scunthorpe, was found guilty of speeding and failing to provide particulars required for change of address. He was fined £400, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15, costs of £50 and his licence was endorsed with three penalty points.

Peter Wayne Dennis Finch , 37, of Manor Farm Road, Ashby, was found guilty of speeding. He was fined £400, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15, costs of £50 and his licence was endorsed with four penalty points.

Claire Hopkins , 38, of Burdock Road, Scunthorpe, was found guilty of driving while using a hand-held mobile telephone. She was fined £200, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15, costs of £50 and her licence was endorsed with three penalty points.

Wojeiech Pawel Poninski , 25, of Cottage Beck Road, Scunthorpe, was found guilty of using a motor vehicle without third party insurance. He was fined £600, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15, costs of £50 and his licence was endorsed with six points.

Michelle Ann Pursglove , 43, of St Botolphs Road, Scunthorpe, was found guilty of speeding. She was fined £200, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15, costs of £50 and her licence was endorsed with three penalty points.
