The Duchess of Cambridge arrived in North Lincolnshire about 12.20pm today for her official visit.

There was a later-than planned touchdown at Humberside Airport in Kirmington due to foggy weather.

“A clue is in the article's title.
Leaving the reader in absolutely no doubt that whilst Grimsby, Kirmington and Humberside are mentioned - Scunthorpe is not.
Yet, despite this, Mr Hall opened the article and found it sufficiently interesting to not only read it thoroughly but to find time to comment on it too (more than once).

Incidentally, the word I used in my posting that resulted in a row of asterisks, begins with T and rhymes with "bird". I don't really consider this word to be sufficiently "foul language" to be "bleeped-out". Maybe ST should apply some "judgement".”

“Mayby it because the article features the future queen visiting travelling through Humberside Airport in Kirmington and visiting Grimsby - all of which are in Humberside region.

If Mr Hall and Hazzers prefer to read about dog **** patrols in Frodingham Road, then so be it.

But a number of us do like to read regional news too.”
