Tourism contributes to more than £600m annually into the Hull and East Yorkshire economy and to help provide a better service, visit Hull & East Yorkshire is offering free Yorkshire Passion customer service training courses to any business or individuals who come into contact with visitors.
Almost 3,000 people have already attended Yorkshire Passion, including retail assistants, taxi drivers, hotel and bar staff.
The event will be held at the Meridian Centre, Withernsea, on Wednesday at 1pm start.
