The Scunthorpe-born singer has gained a march on 10,000 other hopefuls and will be at the Bedford Corn Exchange on October 20 for the chance to win a £25,000 prize and appear on ITV.
The former student from Scunthorpe's Foxhills Technology College said: "If I win I will take my family and friends on a holiday to thank them for supporting me through the years."
She has been performing since the age of two, including an appearance in last year's Scunthorpe Telegraph Pub Idol contest.
The winning singer will be given a recording contract with the aim of releasing a single nationwide.
