Shoppers have had their say on plans for a £10 million University Technical College in Scunthorpe town centre. Designs for the North Lincolnshire Council-led project, earmarked for the site of the former Scunthorpe Leisure Centre, were first revealed in last week's Scunthorpe Telegraph.
