The Hollywood actress's attorney appeared in a Los Angeles courtroom on Thursday morning and won three years of protection for Jennifer, her film star husband Ben Affleck and their daughter, Violet.
As first reported by TMZ, former Alias star Jen, who is currently expecting her second baby with Ben, petitioned for protection earlier this month from 36-year-old Steven R Burky, who she says has been harassing her since 2002.
Jennifer - who has starred in movies such as Juno and The Kingdom - wrote in a sworn statement that she believed Burky's "obsessive, threatening and stalking behaviour" posed a threat to her and her family.
