The 30-year-old glamour model has been charged with breaking a 30mph speed limit in Brighton, East Sussex, on March 5, the Crown Prosecution Service (CPS) said.
A CPS spokesman also said she was accused of failing to supply information about the identity of the driver some time after the alleged first offence on April 9.
No plea has been entered to the charges and a trial date has been fixed to take place at Brighton Magistrates' Court on January 7 from 2pm.
