Marie puts You completely at ease and makes You feel welcome. she offers options throughout the class to suit everyone no matter your level of fitness. I've lost nearly 2st since attending her classes!! Check out her Website or Facebook for her Class Timetables & Venues, no matter what You want to do, be it Yoga, Zumba or Body Combat she's got it covered! Marie puts so much energy & enthusiasm into every class try one today, you'll be hooked forever! ”

“These classes are always great. You can tell that Marie is hardworking, dedicated and truly believes in her work. The classes are great fun, and are offered at various venues around the area. Would highly recommend checking the classes out....go on....pump it!”
