The Barrow-upon-Humber racer secured two Independents' points finishes in the penultimate rounds of the HiQ MSA British Touring Car Championship.
Even some tricky wet conditions failed to thwart Bell at the wheel of his Arkas Racing with Sunshine.co.uk Vauxhall Astra Sport Hatch.
"I was a bit nervous with the Astra when we saw it was going to be wet and thought it could be Rockingham revisited" Bell said.
