If you haven't returned yours, it is not too late, it will only take a minute and you should have a SAE.

Volunteers and staff have also been out and about talking to people in venues as far apart as Crowle to Barrow-Upon-Humber, via Ashby and anywhere else where people gather.

This included the annual general meeting of Voluntary Action North Lincolnshire, held last month.

The survey follows on from research conducted in 2009. It asks how easy it is get an appointment, whether it's possible to see the same doctor regularly and if consultations are long enough.

So far, more than 200 people have responded to the survey – watch this space to see the findings. You can also fill in the questionnaire via the Who Cares website, available at www.who-cares-online.org.uk where there is a link on the front page.

Who Cares will also shortly be carrying out some research into care for the elderly.

If you or a member of your family have any experiences within the past 12 months that you wish to share, both good and bad, the group would like to hear from you.

To participate in the research, contact Who Cares at who.cares@vanl.org.uk or alternatively call 01724 845155.

All Who Cares research is kept anonymous, although a few statistics are collected to help with getting an appropriate sample.
