First winner of Scunthorpe Telegraph Camera Club prize revealed
THE first winner of the Scunthorpe Telegraph Camera Club has been revealed.
Lisa Hall, of Glanville Avenue, Scunthorpe, impressed judges to win a monthly prize of a canvas wrap of her picture, worth £69.99.

She said: "I was very surprised and pleased about winning. I never expected to win and just thought it would be good if I got the photo printed in the paper.
"The story behind the picture is I went to Scunthorpe United's football ground to get some good pictures of the fireworks.

"After they had finished, I turned around and saw this fairground ride with all the colours and lights. I took a few variations of the ride.
